Quick Tip - Don't stay mad at bad Grocery Purchases

When I say bad grocery purchases, I mean a grocery product that didn't meet your expectations.  You could take up produce problems with the store itself, but if you didn't like the taste of a box of crackers that you get all the time, or if your cookies came crumbly, please call the manufacturer!  I have called or e-mailed different manufacturers at least 4 times.  You'll find a phone number on the box, or you can go online to fill out a feedback form.  I called Keebler because a particular box of graham crackers tasted much different (worse) than any other we've had before or since.  I called Nabisco regarding a box of entirely broken Ritz crackers.  I also called a cheese company because the inside of the cheese was watery.

In all instances, the company sent me coupons to cover the price of the product we bought.  Manufacturers want to hear your feedback and you'll feel great when you get your coupons for a free whatever.  You won't feel like you've wasted your money on a bad batch of something.  Just be honest, and they will make it right.  I hope this helps!
